100 Years of Academic Exchanges Between China and France & Achievements of Sino-French Cooperation in Education.

2024 marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France. During his visit to France in May, President Xi Jinping proposed accelerating mutual exchanges between China and France in humanities fields, taking the  China–France Year of Culture and Tourism as an opportunity to promote cooperation in education, sports, film, youth, and local exchanges. The series of activities during Vice President Su’s visit to France is a concrete implementation of the China-France exchange and cooperation initiatives and consensus. The visit has enhanced BUCT’s influence in Sino-French education and scientific research cooperation, and in the future, we will continue to focus on deepening and broadening the cooperation with France in high-level talent cultivation in chemical engineering between China and France, building platforms for China-France scientific research cooperation and development and fostering new drivers for high-quality international cooperation,   cultivate new paradigms for international talent cultivation and write a new chapter of “Open BUCT.”
